Loose clothing that can be layered up or down as necessary. Bare feet or socks. If you normally wear an orthotic insole then wear trainers with this in still.
I do ask that clients provide their own mats for hygiene reasons.
No as course are progressive and allow for new clients to be introduced to the technique safely and at an appropriate level.
Pilates allows an individual to progress at their own level of understanding and ability. Movements can be modified and adapted to allow for individuals to work comfortably.
There is a medical questionnaire to be completed prior to attendance and subject to that most people can normally participate in Pilates with some possible adaptions to some movements.
Yes, a 10 week course will be a progressive course with a specific lesson plan changing each week.
Yes, in the Autumn and Winter months all venues are appropriately heated.
It is always best to complete the whole session but not a problem if you had to leave.
If you cannot attend a session you may attend any of my other classes currently running that are appropriate to your level & subject to sufficient space.
Yes, many of the classes have men attending.
